As Director of Operations for Three Springs Hospitality, Ishaan is known for his hands-on leadership style. He works closely with property teams to maintain service excellence and support overall portfolio success. Ishaan is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Bowling Green Young Professionals. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his cat, Bane, and collecting LEGO sets.
