The 8th annual SCK LAUNCH Experience

Our Director of Operations, Kim Adwell (Board Member for Southern Kentucky Hospitality Association), and our Director of Sales, Claudia Sweeney (Ambassador for the BG Chamber of Commerce) recently participated in the 8th annual SCK LAUNCH Experience.
 
SCK LAUNCH is a partnership between the Bowling Green Area Chamber Foundation, the Bowling Green Independent School District, Warren County Public Schools and local businesses to ensure our future graduates succeed in their careers. This event hosted students and educators from 12 school districts, private schools, and homeschool networks. This hands-on career expo is designed to inspire with interactive exhibits, helping students explore exciting career paths in South Central Kentucky.

Bourbon and Brewfest throws largest festival to date!

If you were at Bowling Green Ballpark this past weekend, Bowling Green’s annual Bourbon and Brewfest was hard to miss!

At this year’s event, you could shop and sample local products, such as craft beer and bourbon.

Hot Rods assistant general manager Kyle Wolz said, “The festival itself is just a good time, good time to get out and experience and have a great atmosphere. ”

He said they were excited to put on such an event for the community, which brought around 2000 people as a part of this year’s festival.
